We will in part be playing Devil’s advocate by discussing what gets in the way of innovation and achieving a high performance work environment, before learning from the experiences of others about how an innovation culture can be created through people-centred change.

Crucially, participants will be able to identify practical actions to take back to their own workplace, discover what tools are available to them in order to implement new ideas, and the ongoing support they can access from Acas and the experts at Workplace Innovation Europe.
