How good leaders turn crisis into advantage
Webinar With Edwin van Vlierberghe

8th July @ 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm (Ireland, Portugal, UK)

Edwin is an acknowledged thought leader in workplace innovation with a highly successful track record to back it up. He managed to transform a traditional tram producing plant into the most productive site in the Bombardier multi-national family. In his most recent role, he was asked to lead the cultural transformation of global procurement and the company’s supply chain to create a “shining island” of good practice.

During this webinar, Edwin will explore the leadership actions and behaviours required to position companies for a sustainable future. He will examine evidence and experience to show how good leaders turn crisis to advantage by taking the long view, unleashing workforce potential and avoiding damaging short-term thinking.

According to Edwin: “It is entirely possible to create a workplace environment where people are not only able but willing to use their creativity to bring about improvements in performance and solve issues on a daily basis while implementing new and innovative ways of working. Isn’t that what good leaders do?”

He managed to transform this whole traditional tram producing plant into the most productive site in the Bombardier family. In his most recent role, he was asked to lead the cultural transformation of global procurement and the company’s supply chain to create a “shining island” of good practice.
