The European Journal of Workplace Innovation
EJWI was founded in 2015, to provide an arena for publications and dialogue involving researchers and practitioners, in association with the European Workplace Innovation Network (EUWIN). A new agreement with EUWIN is intended to provide a sustainable future for the journal.
The journal is published by the University of Agder, Norway. It is free, open access and online (ejwi.eu). The editors are Hans Christian Garmann Johnsen (managing editor), Richard Ennals (editor in chief), and Oyvind Palshaugen. There are two new editorial assistants, a blind peer review process, and an international editorial advisory board.
EJWI takes a pluralist approach to Workplace Innovation, publishing articles from many countries and perspectives.
Issue 5.1 is now published and can be found here.
Contributions are invited for future issues.
