EUWIN is a self-funded consortium of partners but with a reach that stretches far beyond its core members. Through our Bulletin, social media posts, webinars and events, we engage with researchers, policymakers, employers’ organisations, trade unions, managers and employees across Europe and far beyond.

Our message is that workplace innovation matters for European competitiveness, for a healthy and engaged workforce, for sustainability, and for society as a whole. And we know what works – there is a vast body of evidence and experience which demonstrates how to create win-win outcomes for employers and employees alike.

So we’re building a movement to stimulate, resource and sustain positive change in the workplace. During 2025 we’re planning a giant leap towards raising the profile of workplace innovation and strengthening EUWIN as a force for progress.

And you can be part of the movement!
