Managers and leaders at every level have an indispensable role in making this happen. \n\n\n					\n				\n					\n						This informal and interactive workshop will . . . \n\n\nIntroduce very practical tools and resources to help embed great teamworking throughout your organisation; \n\n\nShare inspiring examples from leading organisations; \n\n\nEnable you to reflect on your leadership role and identify areas for improvement; \n\n\nDiscover Poltimore House and Grounds as a unique venue for your own team building time out. \n\n\n\n\n					\n				\n					\n						You’ll also discover our range of accredited change leadership programmes and other resources to help you build great teams.   \nThe workshop will be followed by informal networking including lunch\, wine\, beer\, tea and coffee\, plus an opportunity to explore Poltimore House and Grounds for your next teambuilding session. \n\n\n					\n				\n					\n						Only £50pp\, with 50% will be donated to Poltimore House Trust for the restoration of this wonderful Devon building. \nPoltimore House\, located just outside Exeter and 10 minutes from the M5\, offers a small meeting room for up to 12 people and a hall that can seat circa 100 participants cabaret style.
